Ok if I can get this to work it will be pic worthy. Using the moses affect I will create a hidden fortress under the ocean. I just need a way of powering these pumps fail safe.

I normally go for a stale fortress, with good defenses and happy dwarves (as well as a lot of wealth for migrants), since the first bit is FUN enough as it is (depending on the location), then once that's sorted, go for the project.

Ha ha. My freaking craftsmen are the end of mine basically everytime. I try to make something to beat myself in adventure mode. That's how I build my fortresses.

Kill all the migrants (or just lock them out).

Kill off the lowest earning dwarf at the end of each winter.

Should the richest fort gain the noobies? Instead of killing them? How should the poorest die? Should the migrants build a common food industy? Save the little hermits for industry. The one with the richest claim will win. Any way of evening it up?

You could rig a drawbridge to kill them, or just stop making them make food.

Have you found the wiki, a tutorial, the forums, a tileset version? They all help. Any specific questions can be directed to us in thread. Look at the flowchart from the first post and search each one on the wiki.

It's a bit harder because we can't point at stuff, but I worked it out, so you'll be fine Very Happy
