More likely browser. It looks like html5, so you have to use a moderately recent browser. I'm running Firefox 10, but that's unnecessary.

Source recommends viewing in Chrome, but I don't know. Doesn't work in IE9, but goes fine in other browsers, so YMMV.

Edit: Didn't load in Chrome either. Weird. Could be something I have disabled.

Achron, a 'meta-time' strategy game. You can go back in time and change your tactics, or go forward to see what happens. And so can your enemies. The demo is fairly limited, but it seems like a good game:
