Best way is to click 'edit' on post to get the formatting. So copy the sections relating to the board and the code. Edit the bit in 'code' (which should be nicely separated into lines. Change the code corresponding to the squares you want to change (where you move from and to). So change from 'rb' (Red square with a black piece) to 're' (red-empty) and vice versa. Then copy the code into the 'Board' spoiler. Make sure to keep the code seperate as well, to maintain the formatting. Make sure to preview before posting, just in case.
