Ok peoples these are the rules

Rules:
1. Talking outside the thread is allowed (even encouraged). You know everybody is your enemy in this game so feel free to PM anybody, form secret alliances against others, be careful who you pick though they may already be in league with those you are against; this game is supposed to take mafia to a whole new level of intrigue.

2. Claiming roles is not against the rules but it is frowned upon as this game is pretty precariously balanced.

3. Days will be two weeks in length, nights four days, this is open to extension by usual methods.

4. All other rules are as usual you’ve all played the game before so you should all know them.

With 7 players, I'm guessing 4 to lynch. I'd say 'be wary at three, though' - but let's be honest, who cares?

Also, I know Darth said there's only supposed to be one winner, but I doubt his PMs are watertight. I'm willing to go for a dual (or even trial!) win if anyone else thinks it's possible.

Ok because that was ridiculous I'm going to wipe the slate clean, no previous votes count. I urge you to take time before voting consider what other people have to say form alliances a lynch in 8 posts is just not on and I'm declaring a 62 hour no vote period to make sure people at least get a chance.

Right. Well, let me say publicly I don't like this at all. If you didn't want a lynch on the first page you should have had a rule against that from the start, not jury-rigged a solution after the fact.

So I'll let it be known that I intend to restore the solution be voting Eggs as soon as possible, with the intention of lynching him. I'd appreciate any assistance.

I didn't write a rule for it because it had never happened in my experience and I didn't think it would happen now.

The 62 hour no vote period will end at 8:30 pm on Sunday any votes places after that time will count towards a lynch. Take this time to prepare and as an addendum to the rules.

Rule #5.No votes will count until all players have posted at the start of each day.
(I'm not having somebody quick-lynched at the start of every day before others can get on to place their votes)

Well, I can't say I see there being any kind of activity, what with out-of-thread communication allowed and no voting. Please do prove me wrong, though.

And yeah, this'd be nice (although it blew my chance to gloat about 24 hours without posting).

Also, even if you're not providing content until Sunday night, everyone should at least post once so we can get to voting once it's allowed. Hell; even checking in to confirm you're playing would be good.

Ok ... so what was the reason for the quick voting on Eggs (besides "He is our enemy")? surely we could benefit from others,yet Eggs was not really given a chance to explain what he could offer

Well, I'm willing to listen if Eggs has something good to offer in exchange for his survival. I do think he should be lynched (because he 'should' have been lynched), but if there's a decent reason it's possible I could be swayed.

That reason applies to all other players so why specifically vote someone?

Eggs was at (I assumed, and it was later revealed to be apparently correct) L-1. If you have a good reason not to hammer someone at L-1 in this game I'd love to hear it.
