28 Hour Day

Inspired by this:

Small Print: This schedule will eventually drive one stark raving mad.

Now that I'm on holidays, I'm going to try this.

I'm not sure if I'll use the suggested intervals, so I'm going to start tomorrow morning (out late tonight), and shift it back 4 hours each day. Because I'd like to go for as long as possible, I'll go 18:10 awake:asleep to stave off insanity.

I'll probably start it with a sleep cycle a little earlier than the suggested 6am Saturday, and see how it pans out. Hopefully it won't turn into this.

Who's with me? Darth'll do it, Eggs too, won't you .

You will just sleep. Tests on rats show they will eventually be so tired they drown in the water used to keep them awake.

Went to sleep at 2am, but it's now after 8. I'm still tired, but family are making noise.

I'll see if I can get back to sleep later.

No, I try to stretch the day.

Still haven't slept since 8. Might have a nap.

Turning into a 14 hour day, short everything.

OK, woke at 8 yesterday, then awake until midnight, slept until 9:30. I'm going to call that close enough to 10 hours.

Sleep at 4am Monday your time, if I continue it now.

This would be easier if I didn't have responsibilities xD

OK, I just looked forward a few days. This isn't going to work. I can't do this in a house with people not doing it. I still need to be awake at 6pm for dinner, I can't be up and about at 3am, then going to sleep at 8, sleeping all day and staying up all night. I still have responsibilities, man.

New plan, 21 hour day . 8 of them in a week.
