I look at the distraction, see a giant flaming blimp, and run for cover. You are solely focussed on the hill and get crunched, burnt and utterly obliterated by the ball of steel fire. As the flaming wreckage subsides, I take what is my right.

My Hill

My spirit lingers on the hill; that cold, desolate marker of endless battles and eons gone by. As the ages wear by, the hill erodes and becomes an immence canyon, which eventually crumbles upon itself. Millennia pass, and a new people come to this site, understanding nothing but the weighty feeling of eternity; the idea that this place has significance. Tectonic activity pushes one part of this land higher, and the people begin to worship my spirit as the god of this place.

the people find writtings that contain all of your misdeads to these lands... they banish you for eternity to be a tree at the bottom of the hill ... they then elect a new leader ... me .... thus my hill

Gradually the lone tree at the base of the hill bears fruit. Birds come to eat the fruit, and drop the seed all over the countryside. My tree descendents grow all over the hill and surrounding land. The people get annoyed at these trees and try to cut them down, but find that the trees have been cursed. Cursed with awesome. Because the original tree was banished - and I quote:

Sid wrote:for eternity to be a tree

Meaning that the trees must remain trees forever, and can never be cut down. As the trees envelop the hill and ultimately the world, the people curse their own folly, and weep for their loss.

I the owner of a logging company sue you for making a tree that can not be cut down I get the hill and surrounding land in the ensuing legal battle

Your logging company goes out of business, having spent all your money on a legal battle to obtain the ownership of trees that you can't cut down.

I, owner of the bank, repossess your land, and with it, the hill.

The World enters a dpression and everybody blames it on the banks, bank owners are hunted down and killed.

With the bank owners dead, the entire chain of command shifts down one place, and the world carries on as normal.
