New Colour Scheme

Comments?
We can change the colours.
I personally don't like it, but there's not much choice for presets. You have to change the colours manually.
Still want a banner.

Current banner is a 274px × 55px png, with transparency.

the first thing i thought was, 'aaargh! blue! where has the green gone?' and then i realised that i like the blue.

It ah "blends in" with normal schoolwork (much better than the green anyway).

Edit: Hmmm, we have some issues. Because of the format of the link, it downloads the image each time, instead of using the cache. It also doesn't show up for non-members (or when you aren't logged in). I'll play around with it.
Edit2: OK, moved it to the now activated gallery. Shares its space with attachments, but you can put pictures up there as well if you wish, and use [img ] tags to refer to them. Removed the banner from the attachments
