Dad's opinions are quite different to my own, some of the time.

As you open Room 1 you hear the usual alarms and see the usual flashing lights, and as you usher your mother out of the room you hear the screams as your father is slowly eaten alive by ravenous flesh eating squirrels, you can’t help it you start crying – with mirth because the idea of a flesh eating squirrels is just that funny. An hour after you hear the last screams the door unlocks and you go into the room and remove the bare bones of your least beloved parent.

CHOICE 4:

The Greater Evil

ROOM 1:

In Room 1 you have the person that started the Abrahamic religions, if you do not open the door by the end of the week this person will be smote by God, and the Abrahamic religions would never have originated.

ROOM 2:

In Room 2 you have everybody’s favourite maniac Hitler! If you don’t open the door by the end of the week Hitler will be gassed yay for irony.

Most of these I would choose both... Not because I can't decide which one to save... but because They both deserve to die just as much.

As you usher Hitler out of Room 2 Alarms blare etc etc. You see Hitler laughing maniacally as the first and last Jew is killed. Congratulations you have successfully negated every act committed in the name of Yahweh, God or Allah as well as world war two. Because of you we now have hover cars and the human race has extended to several different planets because there were no major monotheistic religions to ban the Greeks from studying science, equality is on a scale never seen before as there were no religions that were abused so to make Africans slaves or women compliant and subservient. You have created a veritable Utopia; unfortunately because billions of lives throughout history have been saved by your actions we are suffering from over populated planets and have been forced to cull many of the less useful humans in society.
Now you are the cause for the largest loss of human life.
Decisions Suck when all choices have consequences.

CHOICE 5:

The Greater Contribution

ROOM 1:

In Room 1 you have Charles Darwin, if you do not open the door by the end of the week Darwin’s theory of evolution will cease to exist and he will revert to his original dream…..to be ordained. This will result in us all being religious as no better explanation has or ever will come along.

ROOM 2:

In Room 2 you have Isaac Newton, if you do not open the door by the end of the week Newton’s laws will cease to exist and he will eat the apple as it falls from the tree and think nothing of it. This will result in a major chunk of physics being lost forever.

In this edition the people in the room do not die but their timelines are changed if you do not open the door. Yes the room doubles as a T.A.R.D.S.

Evolution or Motion?

Will it change the physics of the universe or our explanations of it?

Let Darwin have existed. I have it from credible sources that, if Darwin were to have been ordained, he would have written ‘Theology of Species’. Dawkins would have eventually written ‘The Origin’, but with too little time remaining before we were/will be all wiped out by the big rock.

On the other hand, without Newton, at least we still have Einstein (who, in this timeline, disproved Newton).

and i do not believe in the thery of evolution, and right now withour newstons laws i would fail my physics class

well I think Darwin is less important because people have and will be disbelieving religions for thousands to millions of years all he did was add a bit more evidence which would have turned up anyway with the discovery of genetics so kill Darwin and save Newton because as Overlord pointed out Einstein only advanced Newtons work so without him we would still be further behind.

you cannot advance something that never existed. What I wrote in the CHOICE 5 post will come to pass if you kill Darwin we will al become religious and if you kill Newton that chunk of physics will be lost forever. Just letting you know that so don't reason that Einstein or Dawkins will come along and discover such things.

With resplect, that wasn't the choice; it was between Newton and Darwin, not Physics and non-Religion.
