Ok I take back my claim and state this instead. He is changing votes to make sure he agrees with someone, apart from the vote against me, which was clearly just a bit of fun as I only just joined, he is changing his vote as soon as someone else makes a valid observation or assumption.

Tim Tams first vote, as he states "mindless", but was it could his first vote of Jayden be the first clue. The vote to steer away all other votes from his partner in crime, making it a strategic play. (I know what your thinking Tim Tams Not that smart, but that could be a play a con to make us think he is a stupid and idiotic player)
Second vote: me, just joined the game, to keep with his mindless and idiotic disguise he votes for me, showing him to be funny and up for a laugh. All part of the con.
Vote 3: Walt the Alt, a target of conversation a person who has not yet been identified, as soon as someone voted for him, BAAM! He voted. Strategic moving all conversation away from Jayden his partner in crime, no one has mentioned Jayden after the Walt The Alt Vote he has cast.
