Sorry but I cannot give particular indicators as to how I know Alex and the frog man aren't scum because there are no clear indicators apart from there general phrasing of sentences.

Also I know that the frog man's posts are not particularly in deoth for you but you must understand that the frog man is a new player who really knows only the basic rules and roles I know because I've had to explain what some are. (sorry frog man if you see this as an insult)

Also I don't think that Reverse Simplicity should claim and last game when I said that Reverse Simplicity is scum I wasn't sure, I knew he was a power role but I didn't know which one and an easy way to confirm which one was to lynch him. I know that seems wrong but still he may have been scum though three scum would have been a bit over the top. but once again I wasn't sure (and that annoyed me).

Hmmm...

I have a "disembodied voice" in my role telling me that frog's definitely scum...but it was not clear whether I should be trusting it or not (it said that too). It was not coloured (if that's any use). They also had bad grammar and failed at inverted commas.

We have helpful quote tags as well.

But seriously, I don't know what to do with him. So far the screwery is not so much mind screw as schizophrenic tendencies of the mod coming out, and the three of them have successfully mutually contradicted themselves (is that even possible?).

But, we must work with what we are given. Supreme Overlord's doing a good job of writing heaps, but not saying any more than others for it (though still more than some, it's just the density that varies). IICR is just being confusing (or he was, not so much now ). Darth should explain himself oh so much better. Just a little please. You must conform and be assimilated into the conventional mafia game .

I agree that frog should do a proper claim (in depth ftw).

I think that some of you are misusing "OMGUS", which is used to describe an attack that is based only on the fact that they're attacking you. It is a bad thing to be doing.

But yes, it can also mean exactly what it says, I suppose.

This got a warning, even though he later said only that voting or FoSing the mod trio was modkillable. Eggs also told me (privately, so grain of salt) that voting/FoSing the mod would be fine. Why the warning then? Discussing tomorrow’s actions?

You used Microsoft Word, with smart quotes enabled (the thing that gives you slanted quotes). These are not ", and so the tag parser doesn't recognise them.

I make a point of not considering pairings until one of them is dead. I haven't given thought to a frog/RS team. RS does (and did) seem to be defending frog where no one else is (was) though...everyone else was either neutral or believed him scum.

I heard that is was the FoSing that got you the warning. I think it's the distinction between Eggs and colours.

Alex: I'm sorry but my role restricts from answering your question. Also finding scum is more a process of elimination then it is close your eyes and hope for the best, and with some people posting iregullarly, and me not knowing If I Could Rewind, I find it hard to narrow down(also Mikey b0y is a back-up right, he isn't actually playing?).

Also has anyone given any thought to the fact that the frog man may be a bulletproof jester (just putting it out there I'm not saying that it's right).

This is the first post in which Darth mentions restrictions; not in conjuction with his scumhunting, but with his role. Is your role hard to use properly? (don't have to necessarily answer that, just mentioning it as a possibility).

hmmmmmm now that I think about It the argument around frogs (guilty/not guilty) is based only on his claim "*mistake*" and from things eggs or the Mod mOd and moD have told us. Having never played mind screw before if this really is mind screw would he try and make us lynch our only power role or the only SCUM power role?????????

I doubt the frog man is the only power role; Vanillas in Mind Screw are rare. Even if the roles of the others aren't really 'powerful' as such, chances are they can be used to help their faction.

The way I see it, the discussion surrounding frog is partly inspired by role PM information as well as mod hints. He hasn't handled the pressure very well at all. This, coupled with his horrible claim, means that the frog man needs to start talking.

So, Rewind, what do you think of the frog man, alignment-wise?

Please remember that THIS IS MIND SCREW don't make assumptions about what the Mod will or will not do. My philosophy is that you can't take mind screw to seriously or else the Mod has won.

Can you elaborate as to why? (And if you can, do so!)

The assumptions I will make about the mod include things like:
The setup will be vaguely balanced
No single player can ruin the game
He will follow his own rules (although he may be able to change them)

For now, I am somewhat forced to assume that Olive's first post was truthful, and therefore that either Indigo or Orange are telling the truth, and therefore frog is either Town or Mafia.

I don’t want the town to massclaim on Day 1. We don’t need to know, and the scum definitely don’t need to know.
I do want you to do a full claim, all in one place. This includes character name, origin, role, any abilities you have, and any information that would be important. Also give some reasons why your character might have those abilities.

I think you managed to get the attention onto yourself, with a little help from the mod. I think, at the moment, a frog lynch would give the most information. If he is indeed a Bulletproof Vig, I think Eggs would have planned for a Day 1 frog lynch, given the events so far. I’m also not entirely content with frog having sole access to a kill, but I’m sure he could be guided if it came to that.
